| The system works using only two components,
a receiver fitted to the car itself and a hand held transmitter,
which can signal the car from 50-100 yards to turn the car's ignition
on or off. If required, the entire fleet can be activated of shut
down at the press of a button. The transmitter is coded to protect
against unauthorised use, enabling course marshalls to monitor reckless
drivers. Once the system is operating, wayward drivers tend to have
more respect for marshalls who can turn their car off from a distance. Because Fleet Control disables, the
ignition keys or foreign objects will not start the car. From
a
security point of view, especially if cars are left outside,
you can be assured that cars stay parked where they are left
and incidental
vandalism is virtually eliminated, becuase only your transmitter
and code will activate the cars. In terms of labour costs, installation on
the average car only takes about 10 minutes and it should be considered
that, becuase only the cars you wish to be taken are used, Fleet
Control can be used as a method of ensuring fleet rotation, thus
increasing trade-in values whilst decreasing operation expenses. Further information on this unique,
cost effective device can be obtained by contacting
